Toast your guest with a champagne greeting and enjoy an intimate and safe 3-course dinner that will fill you with delight! Choose your salad and entrée and enjoy the sounds of the talented Little Steve-O, covering Blues, Classic Rock, and Originals.

Dinner Menu:

Champagne Toast

Salad: Choice of Classic Caesar with satuéed garlic croutons and Peccorino Romano Cheese or Poached Pear Salad with Gorgonzola Cheese, Candied Walnuts and Champagne Vinaigrette.

Entrée: Choice of Prime Rib of Beef with Au jus and Horseradish Cream or Crab Stuffed Halibut with Lemon Buerre Blanc

Served with Sweet Potato Hash and Garlic and Lemon Roasted Asparagus.

Gnocchi with Butternut Squash and Spinach in a Black Truffle Cream Sauce

Dessert Trio: Créme Brulée, Boule de Neige, and Fruit Tart
